Rose Musso founded Georgia Nut Company in 1945. As a mother of two small children, it was quite an accomplishment for her to start her own business in the years just after World War II. By the late 1970’s, the third generation of the family became actively involved, adding new ideas and continuing the entrepreneurial spirit inherited from their grandmother.

Georgia Nut Company is now located in a 130,000 square foot manufacturing facility, which employs a combination of state-of-the-art equipment and the old fashioned small batch methods.
