In 1945, Rose Musso put Georgia Nut Company on the map by roasting premium nuts for sale to family and friends. Until this day, oil roasted nuts is still one of the staples of our product line and a core capability that our customers utilize on a regular basis. Our roasting department roasts several nut meats, all of which are produced on 4 state-of-the art batch roasters.
Of course, health and safety standards are always one of our highest concerns at Georgia Nut Company. As a result, each roaster is certified by the Almond Board of California and are regularly maintained to adhere to the highest of industry standards. We also have the ability to vacuum or nitrogen flush product that comes right off of the line. This helps prolong shelf life while locking in the freshness of your favorite snack!
Hot Panning & Kettle Cooking

Our Direct Savage Cookers and Hot Panning Stations produce everything including Butter Toffee Peanuts, Praline Pecans, Apple Cinnamon Walnuts, and more.
